We’re proud to be joining Welsh Government in calling for more people across Wales to engage with democracy and have their voices heard. We all want to see positive change in Wales. But, for democracy in Wales to work for everyone, we need more people to get involved. And while it’s pointless muttering at the dog about the litter in your street – and moaning into your laptop isn’t going to increase local job opportunities – there plenty of positive things you can do to make a difference.
From voting in this years’ Senedd elections to contacting your elected representatives and signing or starting a petition, there are lots of ways you can get involved. You could even stand for election to represent your community.

Gymry, lleisiwch eich barn, er lles pawb
Rydym ni’n falch o ymuno â Llywodraeth Cymru i alw ar ragor o bobl ledled Cymru i gofleidio democratiaeth a sicrhau bod eu llais yn cael ei glywed. Rydym ni i gyd am weld newid cadarnhaol yng Nghymru. Ond, er mwyn i ddemocratiaeth yng Nghymru weithio i bawb, mae angen i fwy o bobl gymryd rhan. Ac er nad oes pwrpas cwyno wrth eich ci am y sbwriel yn y stryd – ac er nad yw grwgnach o flaen eich cyfrifiadur yn mynd i gynyddu cyfleoedd gwaith yn lleol – mae digon o bethau cadarnhaol y gellir eu gwneud a fydd yn gwneud gwahaniaeth.
O bleidleisio yn etholiadau’r Senedd i gysylltu â’ch cynrychiolwyr neu lofnodi neu ddechrau deiseb, mae llawer o ffyrdd y gallwch chi gymryd rhan. Gallech hyd yn oed sefyll mewn etholiad i gynrychioli eich cymuned.
Dewch i wybod mwy am sut y gallwch chi leisio eich barn, er lles pawb. Ewch i: llyw.cymru/dweud-dy-ddweud.
