Sadly the upper playground was recently vandalised and had to be closed, due to the equipment being used as target practice for bottles. Shards of glass covered the grass which was a danger for anyone playing in the area. The better news is that thanks to PCC cleanup crew it is now operational. This kind of pointless, irresponsible vandalism does not sit well with the people of Solva. The incident has been reported to the Police and anyone with any further information should please contact them on 101.
The lower Playground’s new equipment passed inspection and the barriers have been taken down, allowing the new attraction to be used.
