Monday 19 July 7pm & 8pm at Solva AFC Clubhouse.
There will be two FREE CPR and Defibrillator training sessions run on the day.
These hour-long sessions provide understanding of basic life support and use of a defibrillator, giving attendees the confidence to deal with an emergency and becoming a potential life saver.
