QIGONG: THE EIGHT SILK BROCADES (CHAIR BASED)
Rhys Rogers, physiotherapist, will be running a 10 week Qigong exercise course. There will be 2 classes a day (1 1/2 hours each).
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises.
